Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Suttlesolution Media LLC (“we,” “us”) for your use of ForeRun, our app, website, and related services. By creating an account or using ForeRun, you agree to them. We’ve kept them plain. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to subscribe and to agree to these terms.

Using ForeRun

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ForeRun for your own family life. Please don’t resell it, copy or reverse-engineer it, or use it to break the law or harm others. You’re responsible for keeping your login secure. ForeRun supports a shared household login, everyone who signs in with it can see and change the household’s information, so only share it with the people you intend to.

Not medical advice

ForeRun helps you remember and organize, it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Medication reminders, feeding and sleep logs, growth notes, and any health-related content are conveniences to help you keep track. They are not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Always confirm doses, schedules, and health decisions with your child’s doctor or pharmacist, and never rely on ForeRun in an emergency. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Your content

Everything you put into ForeRun, journal entries, lists, logs, photos, is yours. We don’t claim ownership of it. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display it back to you and your household so the app can function. We don’t sell it or use it for advertising. You can export or delete your content at any time in the app.

Subscriptions & billing

• ForeRun offers a 14 day free trial, then $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year. The price, billing period, and trial are shown to you before you subscribe, and your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
• If you subscribe in the app, Apple bills you, your subscription is managed in your iPhone Settings, and Apple’s terms also apply. Cancel at least 24 hours before a period ends to stop the next charge; any unused free trial is forfeited when a purchase begins.
• If you subscribe on our website, we bill you through Stripe. You can manage or cancel anytime from your account page, which opens Stripe’s billing portal.
• Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If we ever change prices, we will tell you in advance.

Refunds

We want ForeRun to feel like relief, not one more thing to fight with. If it is not right for you, we will make it right.

• Monthly plan: cancel anytime to stop future charges. If a recent charge caught you off guard, email us within 30 days and we will refund it.
• Annual plan: email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After that, we will refund the unused portion of your year, prorated by the whole months remaining.
• Purchases made through the Apple App Store are refunded by Apple through Apple’s process, which is outside our control.

Third-party services

Some features rely on trusted providers, Apple and RevenueCat for in-app billing, Stripe for billing on our website, Supabase for secure storage, Anthropic for AI features, and Google if you connect Google Calendar. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective provider’s terms. See our Privacy Policy for what each one handles.

Availability & changes

We’re a small team building ForeRun with care, but we provide the app “as is” and can’t promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features over time. If we make a material change to these terms, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ForeRun and Suttlesolution Media LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can’t be limited under applicable law.

Ending your use

You can stop using ForeRun at any time and permanently delete your account and data in the app (Settings → About & Safety → Delete my account & data). We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
